1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rolofly ("the Service"), operated by Rolofly ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rolofly is an AI-powered enterprise business card management platform that enables organizations and professionals to create, manage, distribute, and track digital business cards. The Service includes profile management, AI-assisted card design, corporate brand enforcement, QR code sharing, analytics, and integration with enterprise HR and CRM systems.

3. Beta Program

The Service is currently in a closed beta phase. Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice. Beta access may be limited, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue beta features at any time.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Enterprise Accounts

Organizations may provision accounts for their employees through corporate email verification and administrator approval. Enterprise administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization and ensuring compliance with their internal policies.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including profile information, photos, company logos, and professional data. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit all content you provide and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use automated means to access the Service without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to collect data about other users without their consent

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, templates, logos, and branding, is owned by Rolofly and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services including HR platforms, CRM systems, identity providers, and professional networks. Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Data Processing

For enterprise customers, data processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available upon request. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and other relevant privacy laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolofly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
